1:1 SESSIONS WITH ME
What happens during our 1:1 sessions
The initial session comprises of a comprehensive consultation that will allow me to design a tailored personal practice for you based on your health issues, needs, goals, physical abilities, energy levels, lifestyle, interests and personality.
In the follow-up sessions we will look at your progress, and the practice will be adjusted and revised continually to suit you.
As we work together, I will support you and offer a safe, open and non-judgemental space where we can work together to meet your goals. We will work at a pace and level that is suitable and comfortable for you, and we will review and assess your progress.
I will draw from my experience and practice of both qigong and yoga to come up with the best practice for you.
